Oral Presentation Guidelines
Please prepare your presentation for 10 minutes including 2 minutes for discussion. Use easy to read font, no smaller than 22-point. The background and font color should be easy to read at a distance. Kindly send your presentation file (in *.pptx and *.ppsx) to the email address: basic@sci.ui.ac.id with subject email and file(s) name of “XXXXX Presentation file” (XXXXX is your submission ID) by August 16, 2017.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster is printed in standard A1 (594 x 841 mm) art carton 250 grams in portrait orientation. Your poster is a summarize information of your research and includes one paragraph of abstract, an introduction, results and discussion, and conclusions part. Please include your submission ID number (XXXXX is your submission ID) on the box provided in the poster template. You can download the poster template for BASIC 2017 here. The poster presentation is scheduled on the first and second day of the conference.
Registration
All presenter and participants should register them self upon attendance of the event. Please fill and complete the registration form and send it back to the email basic@sci.ui.ac.id with the subject email “Registration form” by August 14, 2017.
Venue
The Basic Science Interdisciplinary Conference (BASIC 2017) will be held at Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Indonesia, Kampus UI, Depok, Indonesia (http://www.sci.ui.ac.id/) on August 18-19, 2017.
